Q: Will my mobile home be listed on the MLS for people to come and walk through or will you purchase it?
A: This is an excellent question. We are not looking to list your property like real estate agents, so we do not list mobile homes we haven’t bought first. Q: Do you pay fair prices for properties?

Most of the mobile homes we buy don’t really have market value with the conditions of the sellers, the unit, or the park. Q: How do you determine the price to offer on my mobile home?

Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
