Q: Will my mobile home be listed on the MLS for people to come and walk through or will you purchase it?
A: This is an excellent question. We are not looking to list your property like real estate agents, so we do not list mobile homes we haven’t bought first. We specialize in buying mobile homes in Phoenix, Surprise, Chandler, Mesa, Flagstaff... that fit our buying standards. We like mobile homes in parks. .After purchasing, we usually renovate and sell the mobile home to another buyer, retain it as a rental property, or offer it to rent to own candidate.
Q: Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A: We work hard so we can offer fair prices for the mobile homes we purchase, many of which are below market value. Most of the mobile homes we buy don’t really have market value with the conditions of the sellers, the unit, or the park. Q: How do you determine the price to offer on my mobile home?

We look at the location of the property, what repairs are needed, the current condition of the property, and the value of comparable mobile homes we have bought in the area recently. We take a lot of information into consideration… and come up with a fair price that works for us and works for you too.
Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
